I thought Ouagadougou was in Burkina Faso, not Niger. Tuareg are found all over West Africa, not just in Niger or Mauritania. And they were also originally found along the North African coasts.

i dont think these are Tuareg, they look Fulani. People always confuse Tuareg and fulani
