Training Active Bystanders

Quabbin Mediation in collaboration with Ervin Staub Phd. created this amazing curriculum. Training Active Bystanders (TAB) utilizes teen trainers as well as incorporating other adults from the community to teach teens how to safely intervene when harm is happening. Unlike most "bullying prevention" curricula, TAB empowers trainees to take positive action and affect a wide variety of situations that are harmful to our communities. TAB helps trainees create an action plan rather than simply being able to identify bullying, harmdoing, or harassment. For more info on TAB check out Quabbinmediation.org
