Bob was the the last of it's kind on the Cape & Andrew the last bar none. That storm was a testament to the unbridled potential of mother nature. Since the erection of H.A.A.R.P & it subsequent deployment today's blows are far more restrained. They only are around since preparation for an impending storm kick starts the economy in the path. Likewise however a direct hit only adds the dingle of the calculus unfavorably in insurance payouts along w/disrupted golf games & leafy lawns to name a few.
