WAIT.Sir may I point this out to you kindly.IOA opened in 1999 so this attraction opened with the park in the same year,1999.Now 1999 + 10 equals 2009,minus 10 is 1999.
Sorry If you were confused.but 1994 was the year Raptor at Cedar Point opened
