Hi, I really hope you get this message. Recently Ive broken out in crazy hives all over and Ive had them for longer than a week now so Im pretty sure its not an allergy. My diet hasnt been so good lately so Im pretty sure I also have an autoimmune disease. This is not fun at all and really messing my life up. Can you please email me the PDF your talking about at rvonthegogo@gmail.com, Also thanks so much for posting this information. Your really helping people who suffer from this. Thanks

is there any side effects taking enzymes, like headache, nausea etc??
U mention no coffee and tea, so ONLY water? how abt milk. fruit juices?

@rccm12000 - You should not have any side effects to taking enzymes unless you take way too many or don't eat within 5 minutes. This feels a little bit more like burning. If you take too much HCL acid, you could get a bit of an acid reflux effect, but this would go away by dialing down the dose. If you're getting headache and nausea you're probably experiencing a detox effect, which will pass. No milk (dairy) and no fruit juice (too sugary). Herbal tea is ok, but water is the staple beverage.

what would you recommend for vegetarians?
mamaonthelake 1 year ago
@mamaonthelake
A great question without a great answer. As much as I would like to tell you that there is a viable option, I don't know of one. While I understand that vegetarianism has been known to produce health benefits in some people, I don't see how it can help those with our condition. Vegetarian diets are full of items that are difficult to digest and add to liver toxicity. If it's important to you, I recommend finding a talented naturopath to help you resolve this. Try the enzymes.

@sweetreview - you can try to add rice in later, but for the first month, no rice. only herbal teas are allowed.
