@XboxLass1234 try a food diary and eat food without any additives you will notice a difference i understand how you feel , you have all your life ahead of you so if you can find out what is causing your auras. Look at the bread and cookies you are eating too and if there are additives such as calcium propionate then don't eat them , make your own they are better and tastier , hope this helps let me know how you get on .

@AmazonBlondeum the reason you get an aura weeks later is because you are intolerant to the additives you are eating, it is different to a food allergy, intolerance is a build of additives which lead to aura ,

THIS IS WHAT I GET! I had this twice in one week and been getting it since i was a child. I get sort of a zig-zag vision for about 30 minutes and travels across my peripheral vision and i start to get a headache and when i move my eyes it's very painful. And it stays sore for maybe 1-2 days but after the sore eye's i always get sick. even if i don't throw up i will still feel sick.

Even if you are not ES, it is beneficial to turn off your Wifi over night, as well as to ban electrical items, your cordless phones and mobiles from your bedroom. You will sleep much better and are less likely to have an interrupted sleep pattern. Usually waking around 4 am.
