this video was originally 11:21 so i had to speed it up a bit to make it 10 mins but there are really no noticeable difference in speed between original and speed up.

How was this game played in the arcade because I only have the Sega CD version, was there a wheel or joystick?

it uses a regular 8 way flight joystick. pretty much like how you use sega cd controler's D pad I think.

@DjJohnnyM68 It was released on the PSX Arcade and SegaCD the Sega CD version was called Road Avengers and had a better song in the intro.
