I use Nars Sheer Glow foundation in the shade Mont Blanc. I have heard from some US people that Neutrogena Healthy Skin foundation is similar in finish to Nars Sheer Glow, so you can try that as a budget alternative. Otherwise, just use this video as a guide, you can do the same method with all liquid foundations.
