"funny how you take so many little things for granted" - correct! At times, it's good to re-focus, and actually allow ourselves to see and feel beauty when we experience it. And in your case, you don't even have to move to Tamriel, to enjoy a beautiful sunset :-)!
As for your question: Outside videos would be nice! But you want to protect your privacy, such as to not really show where exactly you live, and also not give away detais like street sign names, car license plates etc.
