Photo slideshow of the heavenly voiced Andy Williams who I was lucky enough to see in concert in July 2007. My first upload, quality could be better but I'll learn.
@GeneVRocks - I concur, Gene Vincent's version of this (and other music) is very enjoyable but Andy Williams is the gold standard. The measurable tests (our ears, technical analysis, the passing of time) puts him in rare company with history. Andy Williams is to this highly covered song the bench mark, as he was in almost everything he did. 100 years from now, I am confident he will be recognized as one of the greatest artists ever, world wide.
I can hear the crackling of the record moving. Instead of it being a nuicense (sp) it brings back great memories.Wonderful version from the best crooner of all time!
my favorite song by my favorite crooner. by any chance does anyone have saint bernadette? my 2nd favorite song from andy williams. he's been a part of my music life for over 40 years. i never stop listening to his lovely voice!

I saw A.W. in concert in Branson,MO in 1996. He was fantastic. His voice has a depth and candor and resonance that is one in a million.

Un homme qui a vécu partage sa "lonely street" simplement, sans pudeur.
Qui n'a jamais recherché sa "lonely street"?
Puissance de la voix et WONDERFUL in such a disturbed world.!
Le tout soumis humblement.
