So one of the very journals that is involved in the peer-review bullying does an investigation and that somehow proves that there was not bullying? Wow, solid logic there. By that logic we should simply let criminals investigate their own crimes. If they don't prove they committed the crime, then they are innocent. Fantastic, it will save us a fortune in legal spats.
