Even IF he is a legitimate President, we should still be looking into wether all the legislation he signed into law is constitutional.

If they are not, we should not recognize all those laws as being valid and should not follow them.

@luvnmees McCain is American even if he was not born on US soil. Both his parents were US citizens, BHO may be a problem because only his mother was American, and the law stated at the time of his birth that if someone is born to one American citizen abroad, that US Citizen must have lived in the US for at least 5 years after his or her 18th birthday.
