With love to all our Hindu sisters and brothers...
Is Islam opposed to Hinduism? Read "Message of Peace": http://www.alislam.org/library/books/Message-of-Peace.pdf

Presented here is "Om Jai Jagdish Hare", a Hindu prayer which shows the remarkable similarity between the two religions. A parallel has been drawn between the words of this prayer and verses from the Holy Qur'an.

The Holy Qur'an is the only religious scripture which teaches that God spoke to all peoples on earth throughout the ages, and not just to one people or another. He sent messengers to guide every people to Him. All these messengers, called rishis or avatars in Hinduism, taught that God is ONE. This is the original teaching of all true religions on earth.

The beliefs of the Hindus included the belief in angels. Later, some people started to believe that the angels were devis, and thought that they should also be prayed to.

With the passage of time, beliefs in Hinduism underwent a transformation; the One God and all His attributes and qualities were fused with mahadevas, devas and devtas.

None of these gods, goddesses or demi-gods really exist - they are all myths and legends, and are collectively referred to by even Hindu divines as the HINDU MYTHOLOGY - they have been used to create stories with a moral from which people can draw lessons. For some Hindus these mythical beings have unfortunately taken the place of the One True and Real God, Lord of the Universe.

We can only unite if we all worship the Source of Unity, Who is the ONE TRUE GOD, LORD CREATOR OF THE WORLD. If every nation will worship many different mythical gods, goddesses or demi-gods, mankind will never be able to be one.

Oneness of God is the source of unity.

Plurality causes division.

If Hindu brothers and sisters ponder carefully, they will find that the ancient rishis and avatars were right: there is no need to pray to so many different forms or mythical gods who have weaknesses in them. The only one who deserves our worship is the One God, Who is free from any weakness, Who is above all and Who can be harmed by no one; He is the Supreme Being, the One Who created all of us and Who truly exists - He is not a myth, nor is He a creation of the imagination or the paintbrush of men; He is invisible and formless.

Om Jai Jagdish Hare!
All praise to Allah, Lord of all the Universes!

  • Good thing Zakir Naik hasn't seen this video or he claims Hinduism originated from Islam Lol

  • @forgottenmemories63 : You are probably right! Neither Islam originated in Hinduism, nor Hinduism in any other religion. All religions came from God to blessed individuals among every nation. This phenomenon was repeated by God all over the world, and this is why all peoples on earth have a notion of God today, whether they are highly civilised or tribal, sedentary or nomadic. No nation was singled out by God. He spoke to every nation in different eras. He loves all nations.

  • @livenletlive20 : Jinn are in fact men of the upper classes. The Qur'an says: "Rijaalun min-al-Jinn" - "Men from among the Jinn". The upper classes usually stay "hidden" from public view, in their mansions and palaces, and this is why in Arabic they are called JINN, which means "hidden". If they are Rijaal then they are human. Also, you never find any mention of Jinn in Paradise, you only find humans mentioned. So the Jinn who go there are nothing but upperclass human beings.

  • @Peace4everynation it's not superstition. if you are a muslim you must have read that in the Quran, surat an-manl. Prophet Sulaiman had an army of birds, Jinns and man. you know what an army does. they will fight when they need to. i am writing with reference to the following commentsyou made.' they do not harm each other. They are in harmony. Superstition. mental disorders'. i have been reading all the comment on this page, i really liked them. please read on prophet Sulaiman from Quran.

  • @livenletlive20 : I do not know of "BAD" angels. Some Muslims believe that the word JINN refers to invisible spirits that possess people. That is total superstition. All cases of possession are psychosomatic or mental disorders. Many Mullahs and Sheikhs exploit ignorant people by making them believe in exorcisms to get their money. JINN mean many things in Arabic, including great human leaders, mountain tribes, bacteria and viruses, snakes, etc. Angels are all obedient to God.

  • @Peace4everynation i don;t agree with this bit' angels don't fight with each other'

i think you will agree that there are good angel and bad angel and in actual life people are sometime possess by bad angel. to cure them some sheik use the help of good angel. you will find load of video on you tube about this

  • but we can't true hindu these days. om shanti, shanti, shanti.

  • hinduism..its a great religion ......it explains about the whole life of the earth and universe.....universe started with hinduism...and ends with it...the time, things, other religions and others criteria between these starting and ending is temporary.....finally all converges to one form..... hinduism exists if universe exists....finally hinduism means (the phenomenon of birth,death,survival,worship..etc)

  • this vedio shows the inter relationship between hindus and muslims....muslims praise allah(god.....)...and hindus praises the only god in the form of (god nd godess..... )names of (siva..durga),(hari,lakshmi) etc....names are different but the final destnation goes only one god......hiduism is the old and only religion ...othher religions are followers like branches of hinduism...the main root is hinduism....

  • @souro19 : Hinduism is an old religion, but human beings have been around for over a million years. None of the religions known to man are older than 6500 years.
