Glenn Friscia was the main DJ employed by Hot 97 for the Saturday Night Dance Party from about 89-93 as I can recall it. I have lots of cassettes from that era mixed by him!

Dumb question. Glen Frischer was a Hot 97 NY DJ? I'm not originally from NY, but on my visits here in the late 80s/early 90s Hot 97/103 was easily the best commercial dance station not in NY, but nationwide. Only Chicago's B96 was in the same league. It was a major reason I used to love to visit, till I moved here.
