  • Steve. May your Spirit soar high above the clouds my brother ... and be free of all that is Kryptonite. Your old friend, Rusty.

  • Steve,

Mom and i moved to GA and should have kept a better job at keeping in touch. I came to LIttle Rock this weekend, and kept trying to reach the radio station to find out. when i couldnt get through, i tried to look up your #. i just found out - my heart breaks for your family. you were always a friend that i looked up to and cherished.

i love you my dear friend,

    Shannon Wolf

  • Steve,

Today our son turns 10 years old and I know you are as proud of him as I am. (3/10/09) He is not our "little man" anymore, but he still gives me lots of hugs and kisses. I thank God everyday for him, as he is the perfect reminder of our love for each other. We love and miss you more than words could ever express and wish you were still here with us.

Happy 10th Birthday to our son, Joshua Stephen Medley! We love you!!!

  • Steve, Happy Birthday. Your brother has done a wonderful tribute to you on your first birthday away from us. Amanda and Josh are being loved and cared for and they are getting okay but it will take a while. Love you and Happy Birthday. Aunt Sally

  • Thank you so much for this beautiful tribute to Steve. I laughed & cried but most of all remembered just how wonderful and full of life Steve was. I can't tell you how much being able to see him and hear his voice comforts me. He was my best friend/husband/soulmate and the best father to Josh. I thank God everyday for the 14 years we had together. Happy Birthday, my love.

  • Thanks John for sharing this with us. Citadel and Arkansas hasn't been the same without Steve.

    All the best.

    Ugly Ed Johnson

  • Steve, we love you and miss you! John, your efforts are wonderful, and your motivations regarding honoring our brother and increasing cancer awareness are noble. Since February 5, 2008, we as a family have felt a loss so tremendous, because our brother was a tremendous soul, a wonderful man. Our pain will hopefully subside over time, but with your presentations the world will never forget what a truly remarkable man Stephen E. Medley was, and is in the hearts of his loved ones.
