شهادة عم شوقي وزوجته عن سجن مينا ابنهما

مينا شوقي - اسكندرية - 19 سنة
يعمل حرفيا مع والده
في 25 مارس كان يمر من جانب السفارة الاسرائيلية "المغلقة" بمنطقة كفر عبده بالاسكندرية
تم القبض على مينا وفي ظرف 3 ايام تم الحكم عليه عسكريا ب3 سنوات سجن مع الشغل
والده قدم التماس، وتم رفضه
كما قدم نقض في محكمة النقض، وجلساته كانت تنظر في القاهرة، وسافر 7 مرات، وتم رفضه أيضا
وأخيرا قام بطلب اعادة اجراءات ومنتظرين قبول الطلب

Mina Shawky - 19 years old - works as a carpenter with his father in Alexandria. On March 25th, Mina was passing by the no-longer-working Israeli Embarry in Kafr Abdou area in Alexandria. Mina was arrested and faced military trial within 3 days, he got sentenced to 3 years in prison.
His father has been through a lot of procedures trying to release him, but all were refused. His appeal court sessions took place in Cairo and the father had to travel 7 times before the appeal was refused!
Mina's father is currently applying for a re-trial for his son, he is waiting for the approval or refusal of the request.

No Military Trials for Civilians.
