  • Souluble fiber is good for the bowel and can be soothing, and reduces both constipation and diarhea, however insoluble fiber is an IBS irritant and should be avoided at all times.

  • Insoluble fibers are my main trigger, however I tolerate soluble fibers just fine.

I wish this otherwise wonderful movie had explained the differences between these fibers.

3 stars because *preventing* attacks -- by eating the different fibers in the correct manner -- is more important to me than the other preventative measures this movie discussed.

  • 1 tsp of coconut oil 3 times daily. Inner lubrication is the cure. It's dry and spazing.

  • the best way i think.. is to remove stress. stress and stress.. :D change your life style.. me too experiencing this kind of disease...

  • another useless video that does not mention the miracle cure = Probiotics

trust me people probiotics is the answer to this horrible condition

  • @AWhiteMansAfro Thanks, I feel better knowing I'm not the only one. I've recently discovered exercise helps a lot so I've been going to the gym almost everyday. I also discovered iberogast. Takes away the gas and bloating. I've felt so much better in the past month.

  • @ThePantyDroper Yeah mate don't let it get you like that. It sparked some depression from me but learn to control it. Experiment what works and what doesn't. I use Buscopan tablets and they work amazingly. It will never go away, but it's been controlled and I have conquered it for now. Don't let it be the cause of ending your life, socially or otherwise.

  • Thank you! Exercise seem to be the solution for so many things that ails me... Well, I guess I will have to get moving.

  • Avoid a stressful life? Um, I'm an American.....

  • is It common for pain from this to go though out the abdomin? I find recently I have had horrible stomach and side pains that sometimes make me unable to stand straight or lie a certain way seems to worsen after eating and is relieved after a BM. and sometimes pain worsens when I become active like running or something, I'm now sure if this is ibs or what? possible pulled muscles? idk, pls let me know what you think, thanks

  • @ThePantyDroper It's not going to be easy. I have been in pain all weekend because I broke the rules I have to follow. It is going to be hard for all of us. But anytime you need help don't be afraid to ask me. I know what I have to do but it is still hard following it, then I suffer because of it. I am still learning to control it though.

  • @youneke I'll try not to. I ignored my urge to have a bowel movement until night, I feel so much better! I wish I knew this before.
