One of the best songs i have ever heard
-
I loved this song so much that I just had to have it played at my fathers funeral in 1983 when he passed as the result of an automobile accident. The guy who sang it did not know this song but did a wonderful job. He also sang Country Roads for my Dad and it was beautiful too. Thank you Clint and rest in peace Dad!

You'll be in everybody's heart forever John!

You have been gone for more than 13 years now and are missed as much today as ever!

Great song. Miss you, John.

I love this picture & the others that were taken at the same time. They give me the feeling that he's always there when you need him. He's where he belongs outside in the sun, some with his dog.Happy & peaceful, reflective. There's a bit of sadness but is outweighed by a sense of hope. I see these & wish I could disappear into the picture & be in that moment. I wish I had been alive back then. I like to think of him like this for always. I have a poster but wish I could find this.
