Meet Underwood, the scrappiest, most loveable ex-stray cat ever to grace his foster mom's home. Underwood was dropped off at the shelter with a HUGE bite wound on is neck - he was likely attached by a dog or racoon. He sweetly endured all the cleaning and medical attention he received from Austin Pets Alive, and even though he tested positive for FIV, he was accepted into a foster home because he is just so, so sweet and friendly. Now that he is on the mend, he squeaks for his wet food every morning, and greets his foster mom when she walks in the door. He is shy around dogs, but he's been very adaptable, and at just 4 years old, he has a long life ahead of him. FIV+ cats need to live indoors, but otherwise lead long, happy lives. Please ask for more info about FIV+ cats when you email to ask for more info about sweet Underwood!
