Enontekiö or Hetta in Finnish Lapland was destroyed by German troops during WW II (The Lapland War 1944-1945:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lapland_War )
This short documentary from 1951 shows how the people of Lapland, the Sami, are rebuilding the village. The comments are in Finnish, but I put in English subtitels (not a word-for-word translations though).
Thanks for up-loading this vid. My auntie lives near Hetta. I'm hopeing to go there soon for a visit

That's amazing. Actually, I've been to Hetta. It was so marvellous town, but was more marvellous in 1951 as I'm seeing the vidio. Thanks!
