Oh my goodness!!! I never thought about using a treadmill for this program. I have the app on my iphone!!! Keep saying I will start it next week and next week comes and goes, lol. No way I can jog yet, LOL..but I was planning on doing a walk for the walk part and a brisk walk for the jogging part, LOL. I am not up to no 3 on the treadmill at the gym yet, LOL...but I do need to increase it I think, lol. Thanks for this video..I NEEDED IT!!!

Tell it like it is, Wendy!! I do this program too. It's great. This program along with the Atkins diet, and I'm down 30 lbs in 2-1/2 months!

nope, you were a runner. There is no such thing as a jogger. :) You either run or you don't, and apparently you run. Congrats!
