  • we always spend around 5 to 10 minutes stretching after our BP class.. it leaves us relaxed and soothes the muscles.. its really comforting.. stretching is the most important part for me even in my BC and BJ classes.. its gr8 for me.. i dont know for others.. but u shud try it out and see the difference.. cheers :)

  • I always beg my participants to stretch afterwards properly. These 20 sec stretches are just to keep going to the next track quickly. and the stretch track at the end is always way too short and way to hectic to call it a proper stretch :/

    I know that stretching is important, however during class it's more important to keep your pulse high enough to let that fat burn, so no time for extensive stretchings.

  • stretching is not entirely important as the exercises are going too fast and you're just wasting ten seconds on them, making the stretch almost useless, so it happens that I forget it from time to time. Proper stretching on your own after a class is better anyway. ^^

  • i love love love BP! i have lost 25 lobs in 6 months and went from a size 14 to a 6! and that is after 3 kids! i also do Body Attack love it as well! keep up with this class make sure you up your waits when you can and you will see more reslults!

  • I disagree with you about stretching, at the end of our BP classes we always have a stretch and even though I am sore the next day after it, I would be DYING without it. Even if you don't have the time to stretch properly after your class, you should just give the people in your BP a sheet of paper showing them how to do proper stretches.

    But for me if I don't stretch my muscles start to hurt all of the sudden. I don't know why but maybe because I am used to it?
