Interesting comments. I agree that it is a nice home.  But FYI, it is not on the water, it is not in a Russell Lands subdivision. This may surprise you, but they have no control over what a private homeowner may ask for his home in Stillwaters.

Nice home, too bad 99.9% or REAL people can't afford this overdone home! There comes a point when enough is enough, and this house passes WAY beyond that, as most homes on the lake do now. Willowpoint, Trillium Rattlesnake Ridge, etc., Russell Lands has been successful in pricing the common man out of the lake!
