@DSP1899 As an American I go every year. You can go. Of course I do not recommend the accordion class if you want to preserve your hearing. I just returned 3 weeks ago. I skipped the accordions and went to the computer classes.

How many tourists were there? When I went (August 2010), there were at least 20 of us and not much room to stand.

They are not accordion classes, not piano classes and not guitar classes! They are performances especially for tourists, and the kids are selected and practiced way beforehand!
