I have anxiety and what works for me is going for a long walk or bike ride in the middle of nowhere that way you are not going to bump into people and it calms me down no end

I have had panic attacks for a long time, from an anxiety disorder. I just started taking it, like when i had one, just carried on as if it wasn't happening, more challenging then it sounds. I haven't had one in a while, but the stress it caused made me develop very noticable head twitches. A tip though, i realised that having someone who you can contact, a good friend who you can trust alot to be at the otherside of the phone. So when your having one, you can be reassured everythings fine

I don't know if it really counts as an official panic attack but I sometimes just go really quiet in conversations and want to crawl under the floor and get away. All I can do to stop it is stay as calm and quiet as poss in case I freak out (although I dunno what that would be like tbh).
I have about a million allergies and reactions freak me out but I got used to the panic of thinking I'm dying and I just try to get comfortable whatever is happening.

Hey! I suffer from Social Phobia and tend to avoid social settings with NEW people or big crowds. Things that I have learned that help me are to have a "grounding" person with me at events with crouds...including grocery stores and the like. Deep breathing, walking fast, driving fast, loud music blues or hard rock, singing and photography. These are things that have helped in the past! :)
You rock!

I've had panic attacks for 10 years resulting in agoraphobia. I am yet to find something to help me!

They're a horrible thing to have to cope with in life, if there's anything I can do to help, let me know!

Do you have a magic wand handy? Its that or a need a fricking miracle :)

Haha, no wands I'm afraid. Although I can pull some pretty cool faces and make silly noises? That sometimes helps!
