They should have done more damage to you pack of wombats, peaceful demo I think not, you tried to push your way into a building you were told to stay back from, you didnt get what you deserved, you got off lightly, and for goodness sake how over the top is your stupid commentary

Usually, bouncers are worse due to undertraining in how to deal with and defuse a tense situation. Have had far more trouble with bouncers. At least you can usually reason with a cop. Most bouncers are ppl who failed to get into law enforcement for some(usually obvious) reason

Very unprofessional. These guys are an exeption though. Been to Melbourne protests before, haven't been beaten with a nightstick yet. Maybe I'm just lucky though...

So this is Victoria finnest? On here mouthing off, how pathetic. Shows you for what you are, a pack of bullies. Perhaps Australia should use the military against the police? That would be good. A few dead corrupt fukn cops.

I was a soldier, and I am horrified by your comment MRBatstory. Perhaps I should get my rifle and come and sort you and your comments out hey? See how you like being assualted when all you did was stand for what you believe to be wrong. Were you the one who hit the girl? There protest was a peaceful demonstration and the building is a public place, I am disgusted by the comments. So how about I get some friends together and I meet you at the library, then smash you in face? How would you like?

Hmm, "You had it coming hippy?????" So Police brutality is perfectly allowable then? How stupid and Naive can you people get? To the others who read this; Stand up for your rights. Demand an open Inquiry into police and public service corruption in Victoria. I am horrified that some of you think it is ok that police act this way. "For a government should allow it people to demonstrate freely, to express their ideas against the norm". JFK. What is the government of Victoria afraid of?

fucken hippies bunging it on, im sure she could have got up :)

outnumbered 10 to 1? Cracked ribs is a serious injury?

Myabe if the protesters didn't try to gain entry into the building the police wouldn't needed to have dealt with them in the way that they had to. For some reason whenever a protest is held in this country and police have to use some type of use of force against them it is always the police at fault not the protesters themselves.
You had it coming hippy

Lol, " full baton charge and no mercy ". I love the dramatic, theatrical commentary. Police 1, hippys 0.
