Heard that facebook was going to an app. format. So I followed the steps (becoming a developer etc...) a few weeks ago and now it looks like a blog. My problem is, I don't receive any of my messages, people can't message me etc... Since I did this a month ago, I don't know how to get it back to the old style. Do you have a video tutor on this? Thanks!

Thanks for a cool tutorial. I wanted to change the icons for existing apps.. like the photos, friends, messages incons .. is this possible?
if I make a new facebook app (which i did) is it possible to point it to an existing facebook page of mine ? rather than an iframe. as I want some new pages, with a custom icon.. that someone without html knowledge can edit.
thanks !

@russandnela Unfortunately you cannot change the icons for apps that you haven't created. If you have a "Photos" app that you installed, the icon can only be changed by the original developer.
When you create a new app (or tab) you can install it to any Facebook Page that you admin. Thanks!

I think I remember seeing an App that allowed you to create a custom tab and set the icon. I've been looking to recreate an iFrame app for work to make it easier and was wondering if you've seen if this was actually possible. @shortstacklab

@rjacksonca It's possible with our Custom Publish Process. Using Custom Publish creates a unique application for your tab, and then you can define a custom app name and icon. We have a video description on our channel. Thanks!
