Going to try this. I've tried tofu about three times but hated the spongey texture & bland taste (I know everyone says it takes on the taste of what you put it in but I didn't find that to be true). Hopefully this will be better.

Just made this recipe, let me tell you....it came out alot crispier and lighter in color than in your video, it smelled like chicken a little, it looked great really.......and it tasted ....simply.....AMAZING!!!!!! =D thanks alot, everytime i buy tofu im making this recipe, thanks again. Ciao !!
