People who are/become blind, acquire sensitivities to the weather, etc.......!! Other senses take over.

@MaxHeimst actually it does snows in los angeles and even the cities in some parts like big bear city but no way they would film in los angeles the climate and the geography is just not right for Dr Quinn setting if it suppose to take place in Colorado it toke place in the Santa Monica mountains in paramount ranch miles away from Malibu it does snows there in the Santa Monica mountains and temperature is right sometimes for snow its just it is dry and cloudy snow is uncommon.

@rachelgreen1998 i am quite sure in my religion and have no need to be 'saved' but i think the concept of dealing with suffering is universal regardless of your religion.

The first snow I ever saw on Dr. Quinn. The problem is, they were filming in Californa near Los Angeles where it doesn't snow.

Now that I think about it, braile was invented before the Rev went blind so he get a special bible.
