At least nine people have now been confirmed dead after their boat capsized last night, while more than sixteen are unaccounted for after their boat collided with an oil carrier near Lamu island. The Kenya Navy has joined the police and the Kenya Red Cross personnel to search in a search and rescue operation at the scene of the accident.

it was just a matter of time for such a tragedy to happen. The law stipulates that The boats should provide life jackets for all passengers aboard non are usually provided. If this is not corrected we gonna b i this route again more innocent lives being lost
