i know why this happened, the same thing happened to me 5-6 times
its basically because you finished her off in one go!!
so, whenever you do that with any boss the same thing will happen
you gotta finish her off in 2-3 hits, although like you i 2 luv to finish bosses off in one shot
try what i said.....
