  • @franbot09 maybe you have a problem with salt, i'm not an expert, but salt makes you retain water, if you don't have enough salt, you need more water than normal, if you have too much salt though, it can actually make you thristy, so just whatever is wrong, if you don't consume a lot of salt, then you need more, if you eat a lot of salt, eat less. see if it works buddy, god bless
