@shanepaulcoward Firstly, its well documented on the web that Hamas's unofficial policy is to use human shields, they admit to it themselves. I'd provide links but youtube doesn't allow. Like I say, just google "hamas admits to using human shields". Its there, deny it if you have to.  As for Palestine, you say it existed as a state but clearly thats wrong, it never did. At the time of his capture Gilad was a tank operator, less than a year into his army service. I don't think he had ever set foot in Gaza, let alone bulldozed houses... He was kidnapped as a hostage for later negotiations, even Hamas admits that that was their purpose, and that's why they kept him alive.
