It took us 2 hours to set up a web hosting package and no one went out of there way to help us!

Live chat i doesn't seem to work really good with Fat cow but if you call them and you're lucky to talk with Stephanie she is a real help!!

Every time I do live chat with them to get help with these issues, it feels like I'm talking to a salesperson, cuz they don't know how to help me but they always sidetrack the conversation by talking about some product or service they wanna sell me. So annoying. Also the fact that they're super-polite the whole time they're jerking you around makes it even more annoying.

Totally agree with you guys. FatCow has some really strange problems. I started a website with them too and ended up getting it for free because they didn't know how to process my payment. lol. But the rest of the experience has sucked. Hassle after hassle.

2 years on (almost) and Fatcow is still just as lame. I have to reset my password everytime i want to log in. i have to wait 10 minutes for a new password to be sent. I cannot always upload modifications to my site. I cannot always open my site. fatcow is the worst host i have ever used. I do not work for go daddy but i highly recommend them. their domain names are not the cheapest and they charge extra for privacy but their service is awesome, helpful and never fails

fatcow pays people to leave false comments on forums and videos, they are the WORST company i have ever had he displeasure of coming across. The customer service is absolutely useless and always just say "its running fine on our end", ftp constantly slow, they up your bill without notifying you. I had a 40 dollar per year plan and they tried to double it without telling me. I got them to put it back down, but i dont trust them at all. Very poorly managed business, sub par servers at best. AVOID

@chainsmokinchick perhaps you just got lucky. But you really did not bother to hear his full complaint.

we just got fatcow and they were super nice to us. It took no time at all and they are super quick at answering the phones there and answering any questions. Did you try maybe being, I dunno, nice on the phone?
