  • There's no doubt. The Speaker is a Spain's Spanish. Isn't like the latin Spanish of the Cuban's "ATENCION" number Station. This record, probably was used by the CNI (NIC - National Intelligence Center) to transmit some kind of message. A very rare footage. CNI was using until the '90 some old comunication systems like the Crypto System ENIGMA. If you carefully listen to the numbers you will understand clearly the SPANISH pronunces of the letter "C". (Example: "CIENTO" - "Zi-en-to")
