Chertoff. That guy should be rotting in jail for deliberately exacerbating a natural disaster. FEMA even turned aid back, and cut the lines of the local emergency services. Conservatives are always railing about "personal responsibility re. poor, or black people, and the 150,000 car-less folk who couldnt get out of N.O. in time... but ignore "personal responsibility" issues when it's their people who screw up. Typical duplicity and hypocrisy.
