Coralie Trinh Thi, artiste et écrivaine, est une ancienne star du X. Co-auteure du Film Baise-moi (2002), elle publie La voie humide en 2007, un récit autobiographique de 781 pages dans lequel l'écriture devient chair et les mots annoncent peu à peu, le cri d'un portrait écorché, fragile et émouvant. L'hôtel Particulier se fera l'interstice d'une parenthèse où la rencontre entre lectures et anecdotes déterminera les premières pages d'un conte personnel, mystique suinté d'érotisme aux couleurs pornographiques.
