adobe premiere elements(4 , 7, or 8) - how to make the "teleport" effect

HOW TO USE STOCK FOOTAGE ZIP FILE
1. save the zip file to a folder

2. go to that folder after its saved and double click on it

3. there should be a quicktime movie file and all you have to do and click and drag it out of the ZIP window and into the folder.

4. then when you go to "get media" on adobe, just go to the folder where you dragged the quicktime file and select it
