Home-made hardback book created!

So for school, I had to make a journal. A real journal, with cardboard, paper, thread, the whole nine yards. but because it is online school, i figured the best way to show the book to my teacher would be to take a video of it. Best way to share videos is Youtube.

Okay, so I want to self-publish my book from my own home, instead of depending on trad/other self publishers, this includes making a hardback book cover. I have a cover design and manuscript, but I don't know how to make a professional book like from Randomhouse or what not. Any instructions?
