Good job kiddos. i will try this recipe for injera. for all you hating. have you ever tried to make injera? it is one of the hardest breads to make. Trust me i have tried this 2 times and to no avail. So i am glad that this boy has a different recipe. no fermentation...!!!! Great job now to the kitchen to make me some injera ;-)
