Same as the foot lift, but you pull the foot to torque the knee instead of getting the half guard back

He is a BAD ASS BJJ black belt instructor under Joe Moreira, and one of the original "BJJ Dirty Dozen" (first 12 non-brazilians to achieve blackbelt in BJJ) Trained in JKD under Dan Inosanto, Larry Hartsell, Paul Vunak, and many others. He was known for his "BJJ 101" columns he had online, where he would go over techniques, proper use of, leverage, etc. He is legit and knows is stuff very well!   • well the more i use this it creats the basic mount escapes, still playing around with it though

  • It's a good way, but I wouldn't give this to beginners! Until they master the easy way of escaping the mount.
