Dominiczak Therapy Associates is a therapist-owned private practice specializing in serving the physical and occupational therapy needs of students in school districts throughout southeast Wisconsin...helping them achieve their social and educational goals.

All our therapists specialize in school-based therapy. We work in concert with special education teachers, speech-language pathologists, and other professionals. We evaluate a child's ability to perform functional classroom activities, school-related self-help skills, self-regulation behaviors, and safe navigation in their school environment.
Following evaluation, the therapist works with the educational team to recommend interventions necessary to successfully integrate the child into the school environment, nurture social participation, and allow him or her to focus on the task of learning. In addition, we provide independent school-based therapy evaluations and consultations, after-school and summer help with handwriting, teacher education, and much more.
