Love Albert Road Day 11-05-08 Part 3 (of 6)

The event was organised by a group of independent shopkeepers from Albert Road, Southsea, UK. They wanted to create something new and exciting to promote their street and give something back to the local community and so they came up with the idea of a street festival that was to go by the name 'Love Albert Road'. A regular festival to showcase the diversity of talent, culture and people Albert Road. Plans are now in full swing for the Love Albert Road Festival Sunday 28th September 2008. This will be by far the biggest event so far, with the whole road closed from Victoria Road to the Festing Pub.
