  • Just enlisted 2 weeks ago and im goin to AIT for OH-58 maintainer

  • Same thing as street to seat- but my time is off... It would be around a year and a half before getting to the 58D, around 2 years to graduate FS. And that's not counting all the work you'd have to do to make yourself competitive enough to get a slot.

  • @raulrusboy You're forgetting the "High school to flight school" route.

  • @5959512 Warrant Officer: Minimum- 3 1/2 years (street to seat) but probably more like 5-10 years coming from enlisted.

O-grade (2nd Lieutenant): 4 years of college, 1 1/2 years of flight school. Neither route is guaranteed to get you into aviation though...

  • i maintained them too back in 2009. Etroop 159 aviation. i worked that damn farp everyday

  • @ThirteenBlackCats 28 weeks of AIT and you could be

  • lol Jalalabad?
