Still reckon this is one of rock's finest albums. Intelligent and melodic songwriting, superior musicianship and arrangements and Surkamp's soaring vocals. And moving, on a very human level.

@surfmcgoogler This album was out in 1975. Rush's debut album came out in 1974.
Geddy Lee was listening to other bands in the early 70's. Bands that started in the mid-late 60's like Cream, The Who.

Unfortunately the dude from RUSH with his high falsetto beat Sirkamp to the punch. As great a band as these guys were, they're just wasn't room for both.
