Bad experience with Eve Pearl

I really appreciate all of your encouraging and wonderful comments. I know I can always get genuine advise and support from my wonderful subscribers ,viewers and blog followers.

Do note that I am not here to hurt anyones business. I am upset because I felt that I was 'bullied' for asking why the products were defective when I paid good money for them. I feel like I have thrown my hard earned money away on a very bad purchase from this company.

. we call that "sweating" which is 100% normal in cream products. it doesnt change the quality one bit. i cant believe you made this video to give eve pearl a bad rep when it's you who is wrong. :/

@lauralikes : Thanks for your comment. As much as you are entitled to your views, so am I. It is obvious that you did not understand the video. It was not just the problem of the product, it was the way Eve pearl handled her customers.

Cream products do that, google it or visit Makeup Alley. Sure, you can post your reviews on Youtube but it seems like a waste of time to record this video about such a little thing without a proper reason.

Girl! You are totally tripping! LOL Thats normal. It's the texture of the product & it is ok.

if you use the product it is PERFECLY FINE ! But...they do have rude customer service . I totally agree with you there:) But use it...trust me i have all of those mine looked the same ..its OK! :)

I think you are absolutely correct Uma! Ive purchased many cream makeup products which do have condensation bubbles. however, The products that you showed looks exactly like a petri dish with bacterial growth (splotchy white dots) It did not look normal to me. I am sorry for your experience:(

You are totally correct, there IS SOMETHING WRONG with those products. Anyone can see, if they watch the ENTIRE video. You can see the difference between the GOOD products that don't have anything wrong other than NORMAL sweating and condensation and the products that have SOMETHING GROWING on them. And you are also right in being upset by the way EP company handled your complaint. Their customer service skills were lacking and they should have examined the product when it returned to them.

um, that is not "sweating". sweating refers to water condensation. if you know the cycle of evaporation, you would know that after water condenses, it EVAPORATES, not forms speckled crap all over your makeup. if the makeup was wet, it would be different, but that is not condensation, sweating, whatever. anyway, if it's unopened what is the deal? bad customer service not to accept returns. i clicked on this review looking into these products to purchase. i think i'll pass.

THIS IS THE EXACT REASON THAT I BUY THIS PRODUCT AND ALL PRODUCTS FROM QVC ! THEY WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY, NO PROBLEM.. NO HASSEL'S. I THINK THE WAY YOU WERE TREATED WAS HORRIBLE !! TAKE MY ADVICE.. BUY THIS FROM QVC.

actually is normal for cream product but not all cream product had a sweat or spot ...

and I think that's why they gave u disc up to 50% for that kind of quality ...
