This review is a bit too biased towards the N9.

I know it seems that way; but in all the aspects THIS review covered the N9 was better adapted to the specific tasks (I'm planning on doing other segments looking at other features)- Personally the Lumia is the phone I use everyday and it's the one I have my SIM in; so if anything I would be biased towards it.

For n9 homescreens, you just have to flick and no need to swipe from end to end...

For Lumia, from the apps drawer to live tiles you have to swipe from the black space on the left to switch to the live tiles...

the only thing which are better in n9 are: the bigger screen, the double tap, the timescreen in standdby, the lockscreen and the top bar

You worry about the battery life? Damn.... the best thing with the Lumia 800 is that you do NOT need to worry about battery life! I'm quite a heavy user and the battery lasts me from when I get up in the morning to when I go to bed (about 14h later).. with 30-40% battery left.

Don't agree that Swipe features can't be implemented into WP, as example you gave doesn't require swiping from edge of screen, but do see what you're getting at. I think Swipe down to close apps would be good, not that it's needed.
