  • Kelly and Lauren teach at my gym and Sam works out there and none of them is fat. They are all muscular though and that shows differently on different people. Both Lauren and Kelly are great and fun instructors and always have awesome modifications when needed.

  • @kclarkLHS I have been involved in the fitness industry since I was 13 years old. Now, at 48, I have successfully battled in a male-dominated industry for 35 years and counting. How is it that I,ve been successful showing nay-sayer men how competant and strong women are....but the women I stand up for tear each other down?

    *Special note: Sam, for example, has a pacemaker and works out harder than someone who doesn't. Almost everyone has obsticles...and they are not all easy to overcome.

  • @Coffeyfit I appreciate your response. I really enjoyed taking your Thursday morning class (slow and heavy) and Lauren's Wednesday morning class ( Martial Arts Sculpting) this summer. I am a high school teacher, so unfortunately I'm back to school now. Wish you guys taught more classes in the evening/weekend!

    I agree when you say women beat each other up. I see it every day at school with my teenagers. I try to teach acceptance and tolerance of each other no matter what we look like.

  • I have a weight bench, maybe that will be okay instead of a step

  • Agree, they are not fat...better than most out there

  • @Olga8126 It shows that people who are a little heavy can also do this workout; these women are not fat but they weigh more than they should.

  • 30 minute to fitness weights, is one of the best workouts on DVD.

    Very fast and effective and flows well from one exercise to the next. Her cueing is also superb.

    Using this DVD on a regular basis will help one to lose weight and gain strength.

  • I have her 30 minute to fitness weights DVD and it is fab! So look forward to the release of this one!
