@carsonday303 Whats with the nasty lookin nail varnish in every one of your vids? Paint em or clean em!!! No seriously!!!

Thank you so much for sharing this!

The only thing that kills me is the price. I was really hoping the Nord Drum was going to be a less expensive competitor to Tempest. For us *ahem* older musicians who have to split money between mortgage, wife and home repairs, $2k is out of the question. DSI makes great gear though. Love my MoPHo!

@aikighost Agreed !_! Is it because the reverb would have to be digital and they wanted it to be an all analog beast itself? I am stoked you have one on the way...peas...btw, this is indigo333 on EU...enjoy

trippy beats..

Looks a lot like an analog EMX1. One thing that puts me off is the lack of internal reverb. I really wish DSI would just add this one little thing to their products.

Thanks for this. Finally a demo that shows some seriously bad ass sounds at a good groove. All of the official demo's are goofy sounding as hell. Kudos sir.

i like the raw sound. 1:32 when the bass drops is nice. With the tempest, can you get a multitimbral synth using just one voice? Also can you get a whole kit out of 1 voice or is it necessary to put each hit on its own voice?

Great musical taste, love it!
@stoplivingbecomedead I think its an easy box to record and perform with. The synthesis, envelope, and modulators can be quite deep, but only in as much as you make it.
I think what's powerful is it's scalability to the users skill. it's going to sound good, not be terribly hard to program and be fun to play with if you're a beginner. If you are a more advanced user you will not get bored. as with anything there is going to be a certain amount of learning but I wouldn't say it's difficult
