Tai Chi Chuan - Yang Style Fighting Applications,by B.K.Frantzis
Explains in great detail how the relaxed, fluid and seemingly effortless gentle movements of Tai Chi can be used for self-defense. Defending against unrehearsed attacks by two black-belt Tae Kwon Do instructors, Mr. Frantzis demonstrates hundreds of techniques from the first five movements of traditional Yang style Tai Chi. More than 50 applications are shown for Single Whip alone. 54 minutes.
I like this, but does the video focus on examples against high kicks?
I don't think I'm likely to be attacked by a Tae Kwon Do black belt.
